I was born in Oklahoma, but grew up in Kansas, graduating with a B.S. degree in Education. My first career was teaching grade school in Kansas City.
Like so many other long-time residents of Breckenridge, my move to Breckenridge began with a spring ski trip to the town. . .
My husband, Michael, and I enjoyed the holiday and fell in love with the town. And wouldn't you know it, Michael was offered a job while we were there. At the time he was a Journalist working for a newspaper in Kansas City.
During the summer that followed we had a number of discussions about quiting our jobs and moving to Breckenridge. And that autumn we decided to make the move for "just one winter" and then return to the "real world."
The rest, as they say, is history.
I learned the real estate business from the ground up, starting out as the resident manager at a local condominium project. I kept moving up the ladder at the big management company I worked for, but grew dissatisfied with the corporate life at such a large company. Real estate, in one form or another, had been my business almost from the moment we arrived in Breckenridge and the natural progression of things led me to a full time career in real estate sales.
Michael was in the home care and property management business for over 20 years. He now is a successful professional real estate and architectural Photographer (his true calling, as he says). He is involved in my real estate career. His information technology skills (he is a self-confessed computer geek) keep me on the cutting edge of the constantly changing technological aspects of the real estate business, which is so critical in todays marketplace. And, of course he takes stunning photographs of all my listings (he has won a couple of awards for his work and has been published a number of times). If you are not using the latest in technology you are doing your clients a great disservice.
Home care management and homeowner association management are critical to the successful and enjoyable ownership of property in this mountain resort community. Between myself and Michael we have over 25 years of experience in home care and homeowner association management. I have a unique understanding of how the business works from an insiders perspective. Something very few other agents have.
I will share that knowledge with you so that you will have the tools necessary to make good decisions about investment property.
Let me help you find the investment property that fits your specifications in Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon or anywhere in Summit County. I want to put my experience, insight and expert knowledge to work for you. I promise to treat you like I would like to be treated myself.

First Time Buyers >A Good Start
When a real estate agent begins to work with a new buyer, we will sit down with you, ask a number of questions, and listen carefully to your answers. Our purpose during this initial interview is to get a clear idea of what kind of property you are looking for and your approximate price range. We explain how we will function as your representative, what the local market is like, and what we can do to help you locate that perfect home.
It is important for you as a prospective buyer to be as clear as possible about your needs. After we have talked and you have decided how much you can comfortably spend, we will know how to facilitate your home search. We won't take you through a three-story colonial with a top floor master suite if you want to avoid climbing up and down stairs! Establishing clear communication with our clients helps us save you hours of unfocused house hunting.
